These refund policies (“Refund”, “Agreement”, “Policy”) are an agreement between Occuz (referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’) and you (the ‘User’, ‘you’, or ‘your’). By purchasing any of our products, services, or subscriptions (collectively, ‘Web and/or Web/Mobile Application/Website’ or ‘Services’), you agree to abide by the terms set forth in this Refund Policy. This Agreement sets forth the general refund policies of your use any Occuz Product, Service, Initiative, Partnership and/or Subsidiaries Web and/or Web/Mobile Application/Website and Web and any of its products or services (collectively, “Web and/or Web/Mobile Application/Website” or “Services”).
Our refund policy is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the service within this period, you may request a refund. The amount refunded will be determined at the sole discretion of Occuz. You may cancel your order within 14 days provided that there are no outstanding invoices and/or the service has not been used.
Refund requirements
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your account must be in good standing (i.e., no outstanding issues, payments, or violations).
- The service must not have been used or activated in any way.
- The service must malfunction or not work as described for a period exceeding 14 consecutive days. Please note that issues like error messages may arise due to incorrect setup or configuration, and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. It’s important to keep in mind that there is often a difference between a service that doesn’t work and a situation where you are receiving an error message. Error messages could be related to an incorrect setup, configuration or software and as a result the service is not working.
Additional services
Please note that any additional services, including but not limited to custom work, technical support, or consulting services, are non-refundable. This is because these services involve time and resources that cannot be recovered.
Refunds will be issued only through the original mode of payment used during the purchase. Please allow up to 45 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. If you paid using a credit card, the processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
"If you are eligible for a refund, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the unused portion of the service. This means that if you have used a portion of the service, we will deduct that from the refund amount based on the duration or portion of the service that has been used.
